We have the following opening;
Administrative Specialist – Human Resources
Full Time
Provides administrative support for the Human Resources Department. Such duties include but are not limited to: answering and screening calls; relaying messages; sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing mail; typing of correspondence, memos and reports; scheduling of meetings and maintaining departmental calendar. Assists with and processes all aspects of payroll and completes required reporting to the state. Develops and creates statistical data and reports, generates departmental procedural manuals, and correspondence. Assists with recruiting, retention and engagement. Processes benefits and other payroll deduction functions.
